Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1981, Mr. Arun Batta is the Litigation Specialist at the Firm. He has expertly handled Arbitration matters, Company matters, and law suits relating to Constitutional matters, Real Estate, Recovery of Money, the Negotiable Instruments Act, Land Acquisition, and other Civil and Criminal Litigation, with a particular focus on Writs against government agencies.

He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals. His impeccable drafting and pleading skills, coupled with an eye for detail and extensive knowledge of civil and procedural laws, make him a strategic expert in litigation.
