Mr. Ashok k. Nijhawan
Mr. Ashok K. Nijhawan is an Advocate practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court, before Arbitration Tribunals, and other courts. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in March 1982, he has been practicing as an Advocate and Legal Consultant for over four decades and also heads the Corporate Team at the Firm.
He has extensive experience in handling Corporate and Commercial Laws, Arbitration matters, and Corporate Assignments. His expertise centers on drafting agreements, structuring successful Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Technical and Technology Transfer Assignments, and assisting new companies and foreign clients in establishing their presence and operations in India.
Over the years, he has also drafted a wide range of agreements pertaining to Construction and Real Estate as well as Information Technology.
